The 48" Capriasca Gas Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless-steel design. The cooking surface has 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The cumulative capacity 6.58 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total output of 46,000 BTU are encased in a blue enamel interior. The thermostat and regulator is sure to achieve fast, precise, and consistent oven cooking. For easy viewing are 3-layer glass oven door windows. The Right oven is fitted with an internal convection fan. Included are 6 fully telescopic, easy-access stainless steel oven racks, a reversible griddle, a complete Rotisserie Kit including Skewer & Forks, a concave Wok Ring, and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2-year warranty.
